Personal training

Sessions take place at Gymetc Gateshead.
Most people train 1-3 times per week depending on schedule and budget.


Monthly pricing:

4 Sessions (1x per week) → £150
8 Sessions (2x per week) → £280
12 Sessions (3x per week) → £400


Additional Support (optional)

If you want more structure outside of sessions, this includes:
• A tailored training plan for your other gym days
• Tracking your workouts, body weight, and nutrition
• Messaging support between sessions
Everything is set up through an app so we can keep track of your progress properly.
+£30/month

One-off sessions are £40/hour

How it works

Sessions are booked in advance each week to keep things consistent.
The focus is simple:
get stronger, improve fitness, and build a routine you can stick to.
If needed, I’ll also set things up on the app so you’ve got your plan and progress in one place.

Rescheduling

Sessions can be moved with at least 24 hours’ notice.
If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, it is lost.
Sessions should be used within the same week where possible.

Time off

If I’m away, any missed sessions will be rearranged.
If you’re away, just let me know in advance, and we’ll plan around it as best we can.

Online Coaching

This is for if you’re training on your own and want full structure without in-person sessions.You’ll get:
• A fully tailored training plan based on your goals
• Progress tracking (training, body weight, nutrition)
• Ongoing support and adjustments based on how you’re progressing
Everything is managed through the app so you know exactly what to do and can track your progress over time.It’s a good option if you’re happy training independently but want a clear plan and accountability.

• £80/month (1 in-person check-up session/month)
