Personal training

Sessions take place at Gymetc Gateshead.
Most people train 1-3 times per week depending on schedule and budget.


Monthly pricing:

4 Sessions (1x per week) → £150
8 Sessions (2x per week) → £280
12 Sessions (3x per week) → £400


Additional Support (optional)

If you want more structure outside of sessions:
• Training plan for your other gym days
• Progress tracking
• Ongoing support between sessions
+£30/month

One-off sessions are £40/hour

How it works

You can have set days/times each week so you’re not trying to fit sessions in last minute.
The focus is simple:
get stronger, improve fitness, and build a routine you can stick to.
If needed, I’ll also set things up on the app so you’ve got your plan and progress in one place.

Rescheduling

Sessions can be moved with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed sessions without notice are lost.

Time off

If I’m away, sessions will be adjusted or carried over.
If you’re away, just let me know in advance, and we can move sessions where possible.

Online Coaching

You will get a tailored training plan based on your goals, and log everything through the app so we can track progress over time.
I will also give you nutritional support based on your goals.
You can check in with me if you’ve got questions, and I’ll adjust things as needed.
It’s a good option if you’re happy training on your own but don’t want to just guess what to do.
